 2 Watch Winder: TimeMoverClassic
A lovely cherry tree hardwood case protects this winder with a declined front with a glass window. Features include brass hardware, cushioned spring-loaded arms, blue suede lining and burl wood inlays and high-gloss lacquered finish. Quietly winds 2 watches 4 "C" alkaline manganese batteries or AC adapter (included) via a robust motor made by Elma. Adjustable Turns Per Day (TPD) can be set for 650, 800, or 900 along with the choice of settings for Bi-Directional (both directions), CW (clock-wise), or CCW (counter clock-wise). The Ball Bearing gear motors allow the winders to run practically making no noise. Special circuitry ensures proper alternating winding action that switches on every 30 minutes and moves for a period of two minutes with alternating sense of rotation. This ensures that watches with alternating rotors are wound in both directions.
Best used with two watches on the winder. Excellent for watches with a lunar phase and permanent calendar since they will not stop even when stored over longer periods. Sleep phase is a daily 10 hour break which allows the main spring to unwind and prevents unnecessary wear and tear of the automatic winding system.
