Customer Service & Shipping are Closed Weekends and all Official U.S. Holidays. We are located on the East Coast and our hours are 10AM-4PM EST. Sometimes we answer the phone later however. The order line can answer 24x7 but they can not answer any questions, just take your order. Please leave a message after hours.
Order takers answer 24x7 but please do not ask them questions, they are hired to take orders only, not answer questions. If you have a question email it to us we reply the same day, when possible. (Put your questions in the comments section of the order tell the operator and we promise to respond the next business day or the same day depending on the time of your question.)
Reply to your order confirmation email for all customer service issues and or Return Authorization Requests. Do not call for Return Authorizations, they are never issued over the telephone. Return window is 30 days, counting the day order is placed as day #1. Do not alter the subject line for return authorization requests, simply hit reply and write a note requesting a RA and giving the reason for the return. Simple no hassle. We will contact you before issue of RA # if a reason is not given in your request email. Knowing why items are returned helps us with our customer service, thank you for understanding.
