How much should I expect to pay for a large Winding Unit that holds many watches?

Expect to pay about $300 to $500 per winder head minimum for a multiple winder boxed case. There are winders for sale online and elsewhere for prices below these numbers, but they will simply not work or will not work for long. We have examined, evaluated, and rejected these winders. Though some came in really pretty boxes, none of them did the job of winding the watches we placed inside! If we could sell a cheap winder we would! The lower the price the more we can sell! However, we are committed to quality, and so far the best we can do is barely break the $150 level. Another "rule of thumb" would be that you should expect to pay about 10% of the value of your collection. So if you have for example a Breitling Chronomat 664 which retails for $5750 or about $6,000, you would expect to pay about $600 for the winder.
