This does not mean all items will work everywhere. All of our electrical power products are equipped for power supply found in the USA. You need to purchase conversion kits to make the item work for your country. We recommend sticking with battery powered options.
High Dollar Purchases
We may require you to fax us at 800-525-6456 a signed order form with a copy of your credit card as further proof of the legitimacy of your order. Foreign orders have a higher fraud component and we are likely to cancel orders we deem fraudulent. It is up to you to prove to us in a timely manner that the item is a legitimate order.
To place an international order or check the price of shipping, add the item to your cart and click checkout. From there, you will be able to select your country from the drop-down menu. If your country is not listed, we do not ship there.
We prefer international sales to be done online and not made by telephone. If you have any questions, feel free to email us or to give us a call.
You'll need to enter your shipping and credit card information yourself online, but we're happy to answer any questions. Keep in mind we are on GMT -5, Eastern Standard time.
You will be responsible for paying any import duties or taxes. Depending on your home country rules: These can be 15% of the value of the item, or even higher. The amount you will pay in duties and taxes will depend on laws regarding importing products to your country. By placing an order you agree to pay these fees.
There is a processing time of 3-5 business days for all international orders. Some items take longer to process due to the fact we can only ship international items from one location and so we might need to ship the item to our international shipping facility first. Delivery times will vary for international orders due to customs delays that are out of our control we can not predict delivery time.
We do not offer returns or refunds on international sales. All sales are final. We will still replace broken or defective items, and products will still be covered by the standard warranty in most cases. You will be responsible for shipping charges related to any warranty claims.
All prices on our site are in USD. If your credit card uses another currency, they will probably charge you a currency exchange fee. This is usually 2.5% of the transaction.
If your order is not able to be delivered because you are not available to sign for it, or if you refuse the shipment, you will be responsible for charges related to returning the item to us or rerouting it to an alternate address.
