Our basic philosophy - We will not use any of your personal contact information for any reason besides the processing of your order and communication with you about your order. More important than our promise is your level of trust in us. Since a promise is only as good as the people behind it.

2.) We are hosted by Yahoo! (They have stringent guidelines for customer service and their rating system leaves no place to hide!) We are a 5 star rated Yahoo! Store. With 95% Good or Excellent Ratings. See our ratings page we don't even attempt to hide our 1 awful rating.

3.) We are listed in the Exclusive and Expensive "McAfee Secure" program for "Hacker Safe Sites". They validate daily that no hacker has inserted bad code into our website to steal your information. (A growing concern! Links to information on stopping adware.)

4.) We have spent a considerable amount of money developing an easy to use yet solid online store. Our store was not put together with a free service and we did not even use Yahoo! We created a 100% unique interface.

5.) Finally, our store speaks for itself, we give solid advice and attempt to educate our consumer, not just make a sale. Simply put: We will not abuse your privacy! We use your information only to process, ship and verify your order and to keep in contact with you about your order. We may contact you in the future about specials we think you may be interested, but a simple request for us to stop and we will not contact you in the future.

We do not like unsolicited telemarketing, email marketing, spam or junk mail. We will list for you below how we use information about you however, there is no fine print just details.

1. Processing Orders – In order to process an order, we must give our credit card processing agent basic information such as your credit card number and expiration date. The credit card processor only uses this information temporarily to authorize payments. This transaction is very secure.

2. Order Forms for Contact, Billing and Shipping Information – We collect this information for mainly three reasons: I.) To know where to ship the merchandise II.) To process payment. III.) To be able to contact you with any questions.

We do provide your shipping address and telephone contact number to our shipper and on occasion if inventory is low to our supplier for drop shipping purposes only. All information is used with extreme care and discretion. Contact information from the registration forms is used to get in touch with customers when necessary and to fill orders. Occasionally, we may also send our customers e-mail messages regarding the status of their order, to thank them for an order, to verify satisfaction with their shopping experience or to ask them to complete the Yahoo! Store evaluation. Our customers' address and/or contact information is not posted anywhere at our web site without the customers' explicit permission. 5. Tell-a-Friend – If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask for the friend’s name and email address. We do sometimes attach coupons to the Tell-a-Friend Link, which automatically credits an order with a discount. Fraudulent Orders – Contact information will be provided to police authorities & credit card companies along with IP address and any other information that we have at our disposal to assist to prosecute the criminal. Any fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
