Our return policy is pretty simple. Details can be found on our FAQ page. But here are the key points. Our Return Policy does not apply to Used Items, Clearance Priced Items, Floor Samples or Blemishes, Open Box Sales, Special Order or Discontinued Items. Such Items are sold "as is" with no refunds.

Returns must pre-approved and returned with a Return Authorization Number (RA or RMA) clearly marked on the outside of the return package. You may return "like new unused items" for any reason before the 30 Day Returns Window expires. We will credit your original credit card for the purchase price less all shipping and handling fees.



RA must be requested and issued via email. (RA is not issued by telephone for any reason!) Late Returns are not accepted for any reason.

If we make a mistake and ship the wrong item we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement unit. Otherwise customer pays round trip shipping in all exchanges or returns. Free or Reduced Shipping Promotions only apply if the item is kept, such costs of shipping and handling will always be deducted from the refunded amount, no exceptions. We will refund to your original credit card the cost of the item less all our shipping and handling fees. In all cases we will not refund shipping/handling charges, the customer is responsible for shipping/handling charges.

The 30 day window begins with day 1 on the order date, not the delivery date. Late returns are not refunded. A store credit and exchanges of equal or greater value are the only remedy for late returns, no exceptions. Customer pays cost of round trip shipping on all exchanges. Again, we must have the item in our warehouse before the 30 days expires.

We will gladly accept returns of like new unused items for any reason provided the return request and return is made in a timely manner as defined by our policies.

To get a return authorization simply hit reply from the emailed receipt we will send with the confirmation of your order. You must reply to your original email receipt, so save it. We do not issue return authorizations by telephone. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! Do not call for RA requests. You have 30 days from the order date counting the order date as day 1 to get the item to us.

Our FAQ return policy applies on all items, unless your email receipt has an extension in writing approved by us. Items sold as open box or "as-is" and "special orders" do not have a 30 day return policy. Most such items have a simple inspection window of 7 days or less. In store credit not refunds are given for items sold as such.











Any extensions to the return policy must be listed on the original email/order form by us, not in customer comments. Cancellation of an order is not possible. Once the order is placed you may not cancel it.

Damaged/Defective Items or Non-Working Units are repaired or replaced (at our discretion) not refunded, we will split the cost of shipping in such instances, the customer will pay to return the item and we will pay to ship out the replacement item. Late returns are not acceptable. A small restocking fee applies on all returns (starting at 5%), and penalties apply for failure to properly return items as per our instruction.

Damaged or Used Items are not accepted for Refund under any circumstances, in such cases an "in store credit" will apply. Our decision is final.

We make every attempt to fairly describe and accurately represent the items on our website and if we make a mistake and misrepresent the product in some material way, the customer is responsible for the round trip shipping. The only exception to this policy is if we ship the wrong item, then we will cover the transportation costs for the customer if the customer keeps the item. If the item is returned the customer is responsible for all round trip shipping costs.
