Warranty Claim: Wolf Designs-Winder-shipping/handling
Non Refundable Handling Fee.
*Any and all shipping and handling charges are, as is always the case, not refundable and, in the case of a warranty claim, not eligible for any shipping or other discounts.
**We are authorized to handle only Wolf Designs Winder Warranty exchanges purchased from WatchCases.com only!
Please contact your dealer if your winder was purchased elsewhere, since we are not authorized to help you.
***Non-Refundable Warranty Handling Fee of $10 per winder head. You must use Ground Shipping. Not eligible for any shipping discount!
****Winder will ship via ground when we ship to you and you may not upgrade shipping option.
1) We do not guarantee any delivery time since this is dependent upon Wolf Designs processing time.
2) Must use Shipping option of Ground. Not eligible for free shipping discount or any coupons or discounts!
*****Your warranty order you must only include a bill to address. Do not enter an alternate shipping address on the order form itself.
Please put a note in the comments if you need warranty return sent someplace other than to your billing address.
This item if processed by us is non refundable to the customer for any reason. Total Cost is a handling fee and shipping charges. Wolf Designs has us act as the middle man to confirm your purchase date and coverage of warranty claim. We will only process this claim if approved by Wolf Designs. This is a service fee to cover the charges we incur handling Wolf Designs Winder Claims.
We will need for you to provide us with additional information to process the Warranty claim.
1. Email us by replying to the orignial receipt email from us requesting the warranty. On this order form in comments section:
Tell us your watchcases order #. (It should be in format watchcases-xxxx where xxxx is a 4 digit number, it will have the word watchcases in front. Any other number is probably a UPS related code and will not help us find your order to confirm coverage.)
2. In comments on this order form tell us the date of your purchase, the name(s) of the purchaser and the person item was shipped to.
3. The customer must package the defective winder and ship it to us. We will confirm that the winder is defective due to warranty related issue and inform Wolf Designs.
4. Wolf Designs will then issue a RA # to us and we will ship the winder to them. Wolf Designs decides whether it will repair or replace new or refurbished unit as per their warranty coverage.
5. They will send us the unit and we will then forward the unit to the customer.
This process takes up to 6 weeks or more.
6. We offer no implied or expressed warranty with regard to this service. The replacement unit is not eligible for an extended warranty and will not be accepted as an exchange, this does not consitute a new sale. Wolf Designs makes the final decision if the warranty is valid, we merely offer our suggestion and usually they abide by our recommendation. We are not liable for the unit in any way should it be lost stolen or damaged in shipping you must fully insure the unit and require signatures for delivery.
Warranty Work is shipped Ground, choose ground shipping please. Customer must mail the defective warrantied winder back to us at the address we provide in our email reply to this order. Customer is responsible for all shipping/handling costs.
