We found the standard size pillow to be a bit large. A standard sized man's wrist will fit on the larger pillow, but we recommend the smaller pillow for most people... Your watch is loaded onto the pillow by compressing the pillow and then fitting it inside your watch band. If you have a smaller watch band, we highly recommend this smaller pillow.
This is not a winder, just a pillow for the 2.7 module.
