There are sites with lower on-line prices to be found for the same items but with less info, poor response times, confusing re-directs and the product was not in stock! My experience of Watchcases service was worth the extra cost! Im very pleased with the overall quality of the Eilux Mahogany two watch winder (very nice and barely audible)! NOTE for those interested in this product - it does not work exactly as claimed ie; CW/pause, CCW/pause, CW/pause etc in sequence. Instead, it will rotate CW/pause/CW/pause numerous times then CCW/pause/CCW in no particular pattern which I attribute to the fuzzy logic so dont be fooled that its not working properly just because it turns CW repeatedly! All in all, 5 stars for both merchant and product. Ill have no hesitation in placing an order for a travelling Orbita winder shortly. Recommended.

Body: The quality of the product is fine and shipping is ok but that is the only thing good I have to say about this Merchant. Their return/exhcange policy is HORRIBLE!!!! So if you want the option to return or exchange your purchase DO NOT purchase from this site. My purchase was a Christmas present which I purchased in November. My boyfriend decided he wanted to exchange this item for different watchcase and this merchant charges you 3% PER DAY re-stocking fee for each day over 30 days past your purchase date. So when I tried to exchange the $60 travel watchcase I purchased the merchant wanted to charge me a $40 restocking fee. I finally got them down to charging me $30.00 (thats right, 50% of the purchase price) leaving me a $29.00 credit toward the $50 case we wanted to replace it with .So after paying shipping 3 times a $50 item ended up costing me $108.00. Make sure whatever you purchase from this merchant you want to keep. THEY HAVE THE WORST EXCHANGE POLICY I HAVE EVERY SEEN!

It arrived on time, and in excellent condition. Their prices are not deeply discounted, but I found them to be fair given the quality of the information and service. My only negative comment is about the check out process itself, which I found to be pretty bad. It feels like the check out forms were designed decades ago, especially when compared to the clean and easy check out forms on sites like Amazon or Fandango. I suspect that the fault lies with yahoo stores rather than Watchcases.com. But still, be prepared to read careful and do excessive amount of typing when its time to complete your order.

The leather was basically embossed vinyl; and all parts are plastic. The latch is not even brass or plated; it is pot-metal painted brass color. The winder causes one automatic watch to run fast and the other watch to run slow. When not loaded on the winder, both watches are accurate. Not a good value for the price.

Comments: I use to purchase through Internet. Never a merchant had requested information such as a code behind de card, the credit card bank and the bank telephone number. My only complain is that if this information is necessary they should ask for it up front. Also, I had to call to learn if the order finally went through since they did not send a shipping confirmation.
